Develops technical talent, reduces avoidable Engineering escalations, improves customer communications, and partners cross-functionally to convert support insights into product and documentation improvements. Represents Temporal in strategic escalations, critical incidents, enterprise support discussions, and executive readouts.

Leads revenue systems and operations initiatives across sales and RevOps, mapping commercial processes and converting requirements into AI-powered prototypes and scalable production solutions. Owns and improves the GTM technology stack, including automation and data management, while partnering with developers and senior stakeholders. Applies AI to automate work, improve productivity, and measure business impact across lead management, forecasting, CPQ, and order fulfillment.

Manages core business systems including NetSuite, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and related SaaS tools. Oversees user access, permissions, integrations, data quality, reporting, security, and vendor relationships. Builds workflow automations using low-code tools, evaluates practical AI applications, supports staff technology adoption, maintains IT policies and continuity plans, and troubleshoots system issues across a remote organization.

Build and run UTOPIA’s operating backbone across finance, compliance, HR, infrastructure, governance, communications, and cross-entity performance. Oversee fund and studio finance with the CFO, including budgeting, NAV, capital calls, LP reporting, treasury, audits, and carry mechanics. Lead regulatory readiness, AML/CFT policies, filings, board operations, vendor strategy, business continuity, hiring, compensation, immigration, and scalable operating systems across a regulated investment platform and venture studio.

Review and assess domain-specific documents, provide structured feedback, and ensure quality, accuracy, relevance, and adherence to evaluation guidelines.
