The Senior Manager of Corporate Operations will lead technical strategy for internal systems, focusing on IAM, MDM, and corporate infrastructure, ensuring security and operational excellence across environments.

Provide front-line customer support via phone, email, and chat; resolve issues, offer solutions, document interactions, escalate complex cases, assist with account updates and orders, meet response and satisfaction targets, and share team feedback and best practices.

Provide administrative support to maintain office efficiency: manage calendars, communications, documents, filing, meeting prep, travel arrangements, supplies, and assist team members with tasks and projects.

Provide hands-on administration and configuration of a live Zuora subscription billing environment, supporting billing, payments, revenue/RevPro, change control, reporting, user access, security roles, audit requests, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.

Manage day-to-day customer support operations, own L2/L3 client escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain SLAs and CRM records, produce operational reports, and drive process improvements to ensure high service quality and client satisfaction.

Create, verify, and publish accurate, engaging auction listings by communicating with sellers, collecting vehicle details, curating photo galleries, writing descriptions, tracking listings in internal systems, and meeting daily listing goals.

Evaluate incoming vehicle submissions, research market comparables, set auction reserves, negotiate with sellers, update tracking systems (Contentful, Auction Management tracker), send Salesforce communications, escalate high-value or borderline lots, and maintain records for auction readiness.

Provide inbound telecom customer support from a remote home office: answer calls, troubleshoot mobile and network issues, resolve billing and service inquiries, de-escalate situations, and identify sales opportunities while following quality and security standards.

Lead end-to-end post-sales implementations of RapidSOS platform at emergency communications centers. Manage VoIP integrations, on-site hardware/software setup, testing, and technical troubleshooting. Coordinate with IT, telephony providers, and internal teams, travel frequently to customer sites, assess risks, and improve implementation playbooks.

The Trading and Operations Analyst will manage trade execution, support onboarding of accounts, drive process improvement, and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. They will analyze data, monitor risks, and ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.
