Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls, build relationships with schools and childcare centers, secure new and repeat business, deliver virtual product presentations, identify leads, research education trends and funding opportunities, meet sales quotas and activity goals, and collaborate with outside sales and internal teams to support market growth.

The role requires strong Amazon PPC knowledge, direct-response marketing expertise, portfolio experience, and the ability to turn customer insights and performance data into effective advertising creative.

Coordinates commercial title workflows, vendor relationships, order requests, file status, document completeness, and settlement preparation. Reviews title data, resolves service issues, monitors vendor performance, supports onboarding, escalates complex title matters, and manages vendor-related projects, schedules, standards, and procedures while maintaining communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Provide administrative and clerical support to sales operations including data entry of orders and quotes, vendor confirmations, phone and email customer support, competitive analysis assistance, general office tasks (travel, expenses, filing), and maintaining confidentiality and departmental procedures to support efficient team operations.
