Lead, coach, and develop an AE team for equipment finance sales. Build enablement programs, run 1:1s, pipeline and call coaching, create playbooks, partner with leadership, and improve pipeline quality, conversion, and forecast accuracy.

Provide IT support for the bank: handle help desk tickets, remote access, server monitoring, VOIP management, software/hardware deployment, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with IT Manager to evaluate system enhancements and maintain confidential operations.
