Build and maintain Doowii's core product: front-end interfaces and UX for data querying, backend APIs and cloud infrastructure, real-time data interaction and optimized data models, ingestion pipelines (NiFi->Kafka->Iceberg->BigQuery), and model evaluation/LLM-driven features to deliver accurate, performant conversational analytics for education.

Manage daily servicing of commercial loan and lease portfolios including payment processing, cash application, reconciliations, and exception resolution. Book and terminate loans/leases, prepare account analyses and financial reporting, support audits, system administration, and process improvements. Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency while partnering cross-functionally to ensure compliance and deliver high-quality customer service.

Design, analyze, and implement MEP-T systems for small to medium projects using Revit and modeling tools; perform calculations, review submittals, respond to RFIs, conduct site visits, prepare documentation and reports, mentor junior staff, and ensure project delivery within schedule and budget.

Analyze SIGINT and cybersecurity data across the OSI stack to map target networks, develop exploitation tradecraft, create operations plans, and collaborate with government, military, and contractor teams. Query, merge, enrich, and document analytical findings, then share insights and new techniques with stakeholders and intelligence consumers.

Support North America HR on project-based assignments: compile and analyze headcount and recruiting data, build HR reports and visualizations, draft process documentation and job architecture materials, assist sourcing research and interview logistics, and support employee engagement and survey activities under direct supervision.

Provide remote administrative support including client communication (calls/emails), A/R and A/P tasks, work order processing, lease renewals, compliance documentation, social media assistance, following client SOPs, reporting to leadership, and representing company values.

Underwrite, structure, and close ground lease investments across asset classes. Build and maintain financial models, author investment memos, present to investment committee, use AI-enabled tools for research, mentor junior staff, collaborate with senior leadership, and perform on-site diligence and market analysis.

Provide general administrative support including answering phones, greeting clients, preparing documents using word processing and spreadsheets, managing mail, scheduling meetings, maintaining records and office areas, coordinating projects and vendor deliveries, and performing other assigned office tasks.

Own production area performance, resolve daily issues, support operators, and drive continuous improvement across EHS, quality, reliability, and productivity. Lead process optimization, NPI/NPT transfers, root cause analysis, documentation/MOC, training, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure stable, compliant chemical manufacturing operations.

Lead end-to-end client onboarding for 3PL implementations, manage cross-functional teams, integrate WMS/TMS/EDI, create project plans, train users, monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and report progress to stakeholders.
