Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments, build and prospect carrier relationships, negotiate carrier rates, track shipments through transit, and support dispatchers and the brokerage team while meeting performance metrics.

Review and format client press releases for grammar and consistency, distribute releases through global networks, support clients via phone/email, assist with regulatory filings (SEDAR/EDGAR) and account maintenance, and provide consultative client support while working flexible shifts and occasional overtime/weekend on-call coverage.

Part-time contractor to manage accounts receivable and billing using QuickBooks Online. Duties include collections outreach, recording payments and deposits, recurring billing setup and reporting, vendor bill entry, commission and audit support, ad spend reconciliation, and documenting activities in the company CRM. Must work independently and meet recurring deadlines.
