Job Title: Senior Consultant
Disclaimer: This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards. Qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients. This position requires candidates to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performs highly complex qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Oversees use of AI tools to augment human analysis and transparently communicates how AI contributed to work products.
- Provides project leadership in support of strategic, business, and action planning, performance measurement analysis, process and productivity improvement analyses, and business process and action planning and analyses.
- Directs work related to engagements. Develops relationships with potential teaming partners.
- Manages scope, schedule, and budget of large or very complex projects. Provides guidance to and reviews work of more junior consultants.
- Actively participates in professional associations. Mentors and guides other principals and senior consultants.
- Solves difficult and unique types of management, financial, operations, mission, or analytical problems.
- Develops specialized tools, models, or applications for process, acquisition, or training project execution.
- Makes technical or business judgments and provides advice on the resolution of technical, schedule, performance, or budgetary issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BS), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Science (MS) or Master of Arts (MA) degree and minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.
- U.S. Citizen.
