Lead and manage IT projects from business case through deployment. Monitor web-loan queue and answer inbound calls to interview members, collect and input loan information into the ELA system, review credit bureau data and lending guidelines, recommend best loan options and ancillary products, submit loans, scan documents, complete reports, cross-train staff, and meet monthly loan sales goals while providing prompt member service.

Provide administrative and operational support to the COO and multiple departments, including scheduling, purchasing and receivables support, documentation in Altru, volunteer coordination in Better Impact, event support, collateral distribution, and general reporting and office tasks to maintain efficient museum operations.

Own ASC 606-compliant revenue recognition and end-to-end contract-to-revenue operations. Lead contracts review, billing setup, royalties accounting, reconciliations, period close, and controls. Partner with Technical Accounting, Finance Transformation, Business Systems, and M&A teams to implement scalable processes, sub-ledger tools, CPQ/billing automation, and continuous improvement supporting growth and audits.

Lead business development for public affairs accounts, drive revenue by sourcing RFPs and new clients, write proposals/budgets/media plans, manage and expand client relationships, perform pitches and demos, and collaborate with leadership to meet sales goals.

Manage full-cycle accounting and project accounting: maintain general ledger in QuickBooks and iPoint, reconcile accounts, handle AP/AR, payroll, job costing, WIP reporting, monthly financial statements, cash forecasting, tax/audit support, and process improvements while coordinating with project managers.

Lead full lifecycle of major industrial capital projects from pursuit and proposal through execution, construction, and closeout. Own client relationships, project profitability, risk and contract management, safety, and team leadership. Drive proposal development, governance reviews, change order resolution, and cross-functional coordination. Travel to client sites as required.
