The Language Doctors, Inc. is seeking a Translation Project Manager with experience in the translation and localization industry to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and submit accurate quotes to clients on time.
- Issue Purchase Orders for vendors.
- Coordinate with translators to establish delivery times.
- Organize and verify project files for final delivery to clients.
- Ensure that projects are completed and delivered within the specified timeline with the closest attention to quality.
Education, Experience, & Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Translator.
- Proficient in using SLD TRADOS.
- Bilingual in English at a professional level.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Quick learner with the capability to acquire new skills and technologies swiftly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with practical common sense.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Available Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM EST to 05:30 PM EST
- Monday to Friday, 07:00 PM EST to 03:30 AM EST
