Lead technical sales engagements for networking and security solutions from discovery through close and operational handoff. Conduct customer discovery, design solutions, produce BOMs, proposals, RFP responses, demos, and technical presentations. Provide general office administration (data entry, mail, supplies, equipment, reception, event support) while supporting in-house content: manage orders, content calendar, social media (Instagram/TikTok), and assist with photography, styling, and basic design. Full-time, in-office role in Santa Monica.

Serve as site financial leader for the Clinton, TN plant: own profitability forecasts, monitor performance and KPIs, drive cost-reduction and productivity initiatives, maintain fixed asset accounting and cycle counts, ensure SOX compliance, and coordinate internal/external audits while partnering with operations leadership to align financial performance with plant operations.

Lead design, administration, and support of corporate, facilities, and cloud infrastructure. Manage user accounts, servers, backups, disaster recovery, security, monitoring, and projects. Troubleshoot network services, advise on upgrades and new technologies, mentor IT staff, document procedures, and participate in outage response and infrastructure improvements.
