As Assistant Director, you'll support the Director in fostering a safe, nurturing environment for children, leading staff, promoting unity, and encouraging enrollment growth through innovative programs.

Maintain operational functions for a small to mid-sized bank branch, including vault and ATM custody, cash and negotiable instrument audits, compliance and BSA filings, reviewing new account documentation, processing transactions, opening accounts and taking loan applications, and providing customer service and referrals to other business lines.

Manage and grow client accounts for a 3PL brokerage: prospect new business, build relationships, negotiate rates, oversee operations team, monitor carrier performance, conduct market analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally using data to drive decisions.

Develop and maintain production-ready front-end components using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. Translate designs into responsive, accessible web assets, integrate with Sitecore/other CMS, optimize performance, collaborate with UX, implement APIs, and support testing, personalization, search, and ML-enabled features.

Design, build, and refine clinical education programs that teach clinicians to apply genomics in patient care. Apply a nursing education perspective, collaborate with genomics experts and instructional designers, and develop online, AI-enabled, and simulation-based learning. Advocate for clinical learners, manage program delivery, and support evaluation and dissemination. Remote (U.S. residency) with occasional travel to JAX campuses and regional sites.

Coordinate retailer item setups, product launches, promotions, and purchase order resolution. Maintain promotional calendars, process documentation, SOPs, and trackers. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and retailers to ensure timely, accurate execution and continuous process improvements across retail operations.

Manage HR, EHS, and facilities functions: lead hourly recruiting, onboarding, HRIS and payroll backup, implement safety programs and audits, supervise facilities vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Define and execute the Black Label woven design vision across outerwear, tailoring, bottoms, and shirting. Conduct trend research, create sketches and tech packs, oversee trim development, attend fittings, present concepts, maintain seasonal boards, and collaborate with merchandising, product development, and tech design to ensure fit, construction, materials, and brand alignment.

Drives people strategy for corporate business units in partnership with the VP of Human Resources. Advises leaders on talent management, performance, succession planning, DEI, change management, organizational health, employee relations, and workforce challenges. Leads company-wide HR program implementation, talent planning, leadership coaching, and culture initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Serve as CEO's right hand to define, prioritize, and drive the company's highest-impact strategic and operational initiatives. Lead cross-functional PMO work, perform rigorous financial and strategic analysis, build AI-enabled dashboards and workflows, remove blockers, and ensure measurable results across marketing, product, operations, finance, and partnerships.

Lead pursuit and proposal efforts across offices and market sectors, develop capture plans and sector marketing strategies, manage high-profile proposals, mentor pursuit staff, oversee pipeline tracking and reporting, and collaborate with technical, business development, and corporate marketing teams to drive growth and improve pursuit processes.
