The Senior Data Solutions Support Specialist oversees the onboarding and support of data solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Lead end-to-end enterprise data migrations and consolidations from legacy ERPs to cloud platforms. Design cloud architecture, build automated ETL/ELT pipelines and ontology-driven schemas, implement CDC and validation frameworks, deliver dashboards and migration controls, advise executives, and develop reusable accelerators while mentoring teams and enabling client post-migration governance.

Lead client-facing insights engagements translating Circana data (POS, consumer panel, syndicated) into actionable recommendations. Drive client growth, identify expansion opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, present to senior stakeholders, use proprietary platforms, and ensure client success while managing multiple workstreams.

Serve as an AI/ML-focused solution engineer for Healthcare & Life Sciences: provide technical guidance, design cloud data and lakehouse architectures on Snowflake, lead demos and proofs-of-concept, support sales cycles, collaborate with product and engineering, and communicate AI/ML value to technical and executive stakeholders.

Design and execute HEOR studies (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, real-world evidence) using large claims datasets; collaborate cross-functionally; engage stakeholders; produce scientific deliverables (abstracts, posters, manuscripts); and communicate HEOR insights to support adoption, access, and reimbursement for genetic testing services.
