Own and operate the Microsoft Fabric and Power BI platform end-to-end: administer tenants, capacities, OneLake, and governance; build secure data integration pipelines and access layers for BI and AI agents; automate CI/CD and platform operations; enforce security and data governance; and translate business requirements into technical designs while liaising between IT, security, and business stakeholders.

Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Data Engineering to convert CRM and pipeline data into actionable insights. Build and maintain pipeline and forecasting reports, dashboards, and metrics; identify risks and opportunities; improve data quality and reporting reliability; triage analytics requests; and embed AI tooling into analytics workflows to accelerate output and ensure analytical rigor.

Gather and document business and functional requirements, analyze processes, recommend improvements, produce BRDs/FRDs/user stories and process maps, support solution design, UAT, testing and deployment, produce reports/dashboards, monitor project progress, and support change management and stakeholder communication.

Develop actuarial models and analyses to support provider contract negotiations, pricing, reserving, forecasting, and benchmarking. Use statistical and machine learning methods with R/Python/SQL/SAS, prepare executive presentations, and collaborate across teams to inform financial and provider reimbursement strategies.
