The Associate Spine Specialist is responsible for sales support, inventory management, and collaborating with the Spine Territory Manager to promote and sell medical products, while adhering to company policies and compliance.

Define content roadmaps, coordinate with product and marketing teams, report and optimize casino content, track competitor offerings, and liaise on promotions and bonusing to improve player experience and commercial outcomes.

The Learning Specialist facilitates virtual and onsite training across operations, leadership, customer care, and other programs. Responsibilities include learner engagement, classroom management, attendance and training records, technical support, stakeholder collaboration, feedback analysis, content reviews, pilot programs, and continuous improvement. The role evaluates learning effectiveness, supports facilitator readiness, maintains curriculum standards, and adapts delivery to diverse audiences and changing business needs.
