Customer-facing technical leader for the Growth team in the Western region. Qualify prospects, demonstrate Temporal's platform, guide architecture and prototyping, advise on production operational concerns, and partner with Account Executives to drive adoption and expansion of Temporal in customer environments.

The Senior Developer Success Engineer will support developers in deploying Temporal in cloud-native environments and optimizing performance, addressing infrastructure issues, and enhancing automation solutions.

Lead the cloud hosting strategy and operations to ensure 99.9% uptime, optimize cloud costs, enforce scalability and security standards (ISO 27001), maintain disaster recovery and business continuity, partner with product teams, and mentor cloud engineers to improve operational discipline and service quality.

Analyze claim data, interpret state-specific EDI implementation guides and reporting rules, resolve transaction errors/rejects, monitor compliance with deadlines, communicate with internal stakeholders, and ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Manage and grow Ace Hardware accounts across the Southern States by setting regional sales strategy, driving profitability, listings, merchandising, training, event marketing, and digital sales tools. Build relationships with top accounts, support dealers, manage budgets, and leverage Salesforce, Showpad, Power BI, and Business Warehouse to accelerate market share.

Manage and grow Tier supplier accounts in the automotive industry by planning and executing sales activities, identifying fastening-system solutions, securing orders, coordinating deliveries and cross-functional issue resolution, preparing forecasts and sales reports, and collecting market intelligence to expand per-vehicle penetration.

Lead and grow a team of ML scientists, data scientists, and analytics engineers to build bidding and pacing algorithms for Netflix Ads. Drive cross-functional partnerships with Product and Engineering, set roadmaps, ensure high-quality technical outputs, and translate business objectives into actionable analyses to optimize advertiser value and delivery across ad inventory.

Own end-to-end case resolution, coordinate cross-functionally, handle VIP escalations, provide guidance to outsourced teams, identify recurring problems, and recommend process improvements to reduce repeat contacts and churn.
