Provide proposal, estimated timeline, and list of documents required.

Engage a licensed lawyer or law firm to produce a jurisdiction-specific legal opinion covering incorporation and good standing, shareholding history, board composition, business compliance, assets/title issues, tax registration/status (including Hong Kong profits tax exposure), litigation/arbitration history (company and principals), and employment/labour compliance. Deliverable: signed English PDF on firm letterhead with supporting appendices. Provide credentials, conflicts check, task breakdown, timeline (1–2 weeks) and fee proposal; list client documents required for the opinion.

Lead compliance efforts at Readymode, ensuring adherence to telecommunications laws by developing robust policies, educating teams, and maintaining relationships with regulatory authorities.

The AGC/DGC will provide high-level legal advice, coordinate legal initiatives, manage contracts, and handle IP and privacy matters across jurisdictions.
