Manage Open Enrollment planning and execution, design solutions, configure eligibility and enrollment rules, develop testing and deployment plans, monitor Workday releases, and partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure compliant benefits administration and integrations.

Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives using LEAN/Six Sigma, PDSA and DMAIC. Facilitate cross-functional teams, collect and analyze KPIs, implement training and maintenance plans, prioritize projects, and report process gaps and status to management.

Lead end-to-end deal execution and governance for enterprise B2B SaaS: manage RFPs and proposals, enforce Salesforce and approval workflows, validate quotes, negotiate commercial terms within policy, drive contract redlines to signature, and build scalable systems and automation to accelerate deal velocity.

Serve as the primary contact guiding adult learners through inquiry, application, admissions, and first-term onboarding.
