Remote entry-level technical writer responsible for producing written technical content on information technology and software engineering terminology. Lead configuration, support, and optimization of Workday Benefits and related HR technologies. Manage Open Enrollment planning and execution, design solutions, configure eligibility and enrollment rules, develop testing and deployment plans, monitor Workday releases, and partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure compliant benefits administration and integrations.
