You will manage daily order processing, auditing order data across Salesforce and Google Sheets to ensure seamless execution across our entire order-to-cash pipeline.
What You'll OwnProcess, validate, and audit customer orders across Salesforce and Google Sheets with high attention to detail.
Perform routine order audits to verify billing triggers, line items, and payment terms against underlying customer contracts.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to resolve order discrepancies, billing holds, and contract questions.
Maintain clear, accurate order documentation and master data to support smooth invoicing and revenue recognition.
Identify operational bottlenecks in daily order workflows and help streamline processing steps.
Manage daily order queues to ensure fulfillment timelines and internal service level agreements are consistently met.
This isn't a general ledger accounting role, you will collaborate with Finance, but your daily work focuses on order entry, contract auditing, and data processing rather than financial reporting or journal entries.

Demonstrated experience in billing operations and accounts receivable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, typically gained over 2 to 5 years.
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce and Google Sheets to process and track complex operational data.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate and manipulate datasets in Excel and Google Sheets, utilizing pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.
Ability to read and interpret complex legal language, specifically focusing on billing triggers, payment terms, and government-specific clauses like Grant or FOIA implications.
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to audit datasets, catch errors, and reconcile discrepancies across internal tools.
In this role, you'll receive a starting salary between $65,000 and $75,000 as well as Flock Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in depth with you during our first chat.
