Serve as client advocate, architect, and/or project manager; run discovery, process design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with developers for custom solutions, manage scope/budget, drive client relationships, and contribute to business development and internal enablement.

Own and optimize NetSuite and the broader finance technology stack, including integrations, workflows, controls, reporting, and automation. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Engineering, and Data teams to improve close processes, deliver system enhancements, manage requests, support SOX readiness, and scale finance systems. Lead implementations, UAT, documentation, change management, and AI-driven automation initiatives in a high-growth fintech environment.

Sell CaseGuard redaction software by qualifying leads, conducting demos, issuing quotes, and closing deals. Manage CRM records, collaborate internally, and travel to industry conferences to build relationships.

Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, data accuracy, and multitasking skills in a hybrid Indiana office environment.

Manage national 3PL accounts, drive sales and gross-margin growth, prospect for new business, negotiate contracts, prepare pricing proposals, deliver presentations, resolve customer concerns, and recommend shipping and cost-efficiency improvements. The role manages approximately $10–15 million in annual revenue across 100–150 accounts and requires frequent travel throughout assigned territories in Canada and the Western United States.
