Requires rotating 24/7 support, independent problem-solving, collaboration with IT teams and vendors, and strong communication skills.

Provides day-to-day execution and administrative support for marketing and communications initiatives. Coordinates campaigns, timelines, workflows, content, events, vendors, branded materials, social media, email communications, website updates, donor communications, CRM data, and performance reporting. Maintains marketing assets, inventories, platform access, and organizational records while collaborating across departments to deliver accurate, timely, and brand-compliant materials.

Sell and onboard Participants to Contexture's HIE services, manage sales pipeline and contracts, demonstrate products, coordinate delivery, collaborate across teams, support product enhancements, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
