Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day execution and administrative support for Life Unlimited’s marketing and communications efforts. Working under the direction of the Marketing Manager, this position helps implement campaigns, manage content and communications, coordinate projects, maintain marketing materials and digital platforms, and ensure marketing initiatives move forward efficiently and consistently.
The Marketing Coordinator is a key execution partner to the Marketing Manager and departments across the organization, translating established marketing strategies and priorities into timely, high-quality deliverables.
BASIC FUNCTIONS AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Marketing Operations & Project Coordination
• Coordinate and execute assigned marketing projects, campaigns, and deliverables across Life Unlimited and affiliated enterprises.
• Manage project timelines, tasks, and workflows using Monday.com.
• Coordinate marketing requests and ensure assigned projects are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized marketing assets, templates, branded documents, and marketing resources.
• Manage the marketing inbox and route requests and inquiries appropriately.
• Social Media & Digital Communications
• Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms using Loomly and other applicable tools.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Draft and edit social media captions, email content, and other communications within established messaging and brand standards.
• Build, schedule, and distribute email communications through Constant Contact.
• Maintain email lists and assist with audience segmentation.
• Update website content and other digital platforms as assigned.
• Content & Event Support
• Gather photos, videos, testimonials, and stories from programs, departments, events, and organizational activities.
• Maintain organized photo and video libraries.
• Assist with photography and basic videography as needed.
• Support marketing for events, fundraisers, programs, and affiliated enterprise initiatives.
• Coordinate promotional materials and marketing timelines for assigned events and campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors, photographers, videographers, and partners as directed by the Marketing Manager.
• Marketing Materials & Brand Support
• Use approved templates and brand standards to create and update marketing materials, presentations, signage, digital graphics, and other collateral.
• Coordinate business card orders, branded collateral requests, printing, and production needs.
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials and promotional resources.
• Ensure materials and communications follow established Life Unlimited brand and accessibility standards.
• Maintain organizational credentials and access information for marketing platforms and accounts.
• Fund Development Support
• Enter and maintain accurate marketing and donor-related information in the organization’s CRM as assigned.
• Support gift entry and acknowledgement processes, including preparing, tracking, and coordinating acknowledgement communications in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with donor communications and other development-related marketing activities as requested.
• Reporting & Administrative Support
• Collect and organize marketing, social media, email, website, and campaign performance data.
• Assist with routine marketing reports and data tracking.
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, campaigns, vendors, and assets.
• Participate in regular marketing meetings focused on priorities, project updates, content planning, and performance.
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to support communication and marketing needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• The ability to effectively and efficiently use computers or mobile devices to input, access, modify, or output information. This includes the ability to quickly access, store and retrieve data.
Physical Expectations
This position may require extended periods of walking and/or standing with some periods of sitting. It may require light (5 lbs.) to heavy lifting (20 lbs.) and occasional stooping, kneeling, and/or bending.
Working Conditions
The employee may be exposed to a typical office environment with occasional external events and media-related activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field, or 4 years professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work effectively across departments.
• Experience with social media and email marketing platforms.
• Experience coordinating projects, campaigns, or events.
• Nonprofit marketing or communications experience.
• Photography, videography, or content creation experience.
• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive communication practices.
• Experience with nonprofit CRM systems and donor data.
• Familiarity with various software platforms such as; Canva, Loomly, Constant Contact, Monday.com, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, CRM platforms
• Must receive a seasonal flu vaccination.
