Design and lead enterprise AI copilot architectures using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure services. Define integration, data, security, governance, and compliance strategies; guide enterprise AI adoption; lead client workshops and architecture reviews; oversee delivery, testing, deployment, optimization, and rollout. Supports daily accounting and financial reporting through journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, close activities, statutory filings, audit support, and discrepancy resolution. The role requires foundational accounting knowledge, accuracy, organization, collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Supports civil site design for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects. Assists with site layouts, grading, drainage, erosion control, access roads, earthwork and stormwater calculations, construction documents, plan sheets, details, and quantity takeoffs under Senior Engineer guidance. Coordinates with project teams, clients, and contractors, and may travel to sites for field data collection.

Lead integrated marketing campaigns and creative projects from intake through delivery. Define scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and success criteria; coordinate cross-functional teams, freelancers, vendors, and agencies; manage risks, approvals, workflows, budgets, and deadlines; and maintain schedules, dashboards, status reports, hot sheets, and organized creative assets.

Manage high-volume administration of pre-tax benefit plans (FSA, HRA, ICHRA, HSA), process claims and reimbursements, handle enrollments and payroll status changes, support client and participant inquiries, implement plan setups, and maintain compliance and documentation.
