The role requires experience building RevOps at growth-stage SaaS companies and leading cross-functional revenue strategy.

Handles order entry and order management, including EDI transactions, data entry, reconciliation reporting, database maintenance, and monitoring electronic documents. Reviews information for accuracy, resolves missing data and technical issues, coordinates inquiries, and supports distribution center and logistics teams. Provide functional support and configuration for PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM (Core HR, Position Management, ePerformance). Elicit and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, test planning/execution, PUM/PeopleTools upgrade research, workflow (AWE) configuration, troubleshooting, and mentor analysts. Create FRDs, test scripts, business process models, and production protocols while collaborating with technical teams on batch/jobs and resolving production issues.

Handles inbound and outbound customer communications to secure the return of rental equipment, resolve inquiries and complaints, update records, document interactions, and escalate unresolved issues. The role also supports client retention, converts customers to private pay when applicable, identifies root causes, recommends process improvements, and meets productivity and quality goals.
