Own and build Replicant’s revenue operations function, including forecasting, pipeline management, compensation, pricing, quota setting, capacity planning, GTM systems, and AI-assisted reporting. Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and Finance leadership, consolidate fragmented revenue data, improve operating decisions, and grow the RevOps team from one analyst. The role requires experience building RevOps at growth-stage SaaS companies and leading cross-functional revenue strategy.

Handles order entry and order management, including EDI transactions, data entry, reconciliation reporting, database maintenance, and monitoring electronic documents. Reviews information for accuracy, resolves missing data and technical issues, coordinates inquiries, and supports distribution center and logistics teams. Requires attention to detail, effective communication, organizational skills, and flexibility for overtime or weekend work.

Coordinates global free-of-charge orders from entry through completion, managing order data, acknowledgements, delivery dates, tracking, stock inquiries, discrepancies, and customer service follow-up. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Distribution Center, and Education teams, maintains order databases, supports process improvements, and manages approximately 3,000 orders monthly. Provide functional support and configuration for PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials (GL, AR, Commitment Control). Elicit and document requirements, map requirements to PeopleSoft, analyze PUM images, lead testing/QA, mentor analysts, design workflows (AWE), support upgrades, troubleshoot production and batch/job issues, and create process documentation and test artifacts.

Provide functional support and configuration for PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM (Core HR, Position Management, ePerformance). Elicit and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, test planning/execution, PUM/PeopleTools upgrade research, workflow (AWE) configuration, troubleshooting, and mentor analysts. Create FRDs, test scripts, business process models, and production protocols while collaborating with technical teams on batch/jobs and resolving production issues.

Handles inbound and outbound customer communications to secure the return of rental equipment, resolve inquiries and complaints, update records, document interactions, and escalate unresolved issues. The role also supports client retention, converts customers to private pay when applicable, identifies root causes, recommends process improvements, and meets productivity and quality goals.

Volunteer generalist supporting nonprofit formation, day-to-day operations, tracking pro bono matters, social media and marketing content, IT and finance support, research, and special projects. Requires proactive, independent work and weekly standups.

Provide Robert's Rules guidance to the CEO, review agendas, facilitate meetings, take and distribute minutes, resolve procedural conflicts, and support continuous improvement. Attend weekly standups and commit to at least 4 hours/week; first task will help launch a fundraising campaign.
