Owns GTM process improvement, systems architecture, technical-debt reduction, workflow design, forecasting, territory and compensation infrastructure, and cross-functional alignment. Manages a team of 5–7 direct reports while advising the CEO on systems risks, priorities, and strategic opportunities.
