The Lead Partner Success Implementation Engineer drives partner success through strategic implementation, technical guidance, and collaboration, ensuring optimal platform usage and partner enablement.

Partner with GTM, Clinical Strategy, and Finance to build and maintain dbt models, client-facing reports, and dashboards. Perform SQL-based analyses, ROI and clinical outcomes reporting, and translate insights for non-technical stakeholders. Ensure data reliability through testing, code review, and collaboration with Data Engineering; support ad-hoc requests and automation of reporting.

Embed on the Video product team to build reusable data models, transformation layers, and pipelines (Snowflake, dbt/SQLMesh). Deliver production-ready data products (APIs, dashboards), instrumentation, experimentation infrastructure, and predictive/causal models to inform product, retention, pricing, and growth decisions.

Design and maintain a dbt-based business data layer for GTM metrics, centralize and reconcile multi-source data, implement automated data quality and reconciliation checks, align and document metrics with stakeholders, mentor analytics team, and lead root-cause investigations into complex data anomalies.

As a Senior Analyst, you will develop data-driven solutions in collaboration with operations teams and deliver insights through reports and dashboards to improve patient outcomes.

Support Data Services by analyzing and validating data using SQL and Excel, perform quality checks and reconciliations, monitor production workflows, communicate status and escalations, and identify process improvements. Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate, timely data deliverables.

Own user attribution and acquisition analytics across paid and organic channels. Build Segment and AppsFlyer pipelines into Snowflake, write performant SQL and dbt-style models, reconcile CAC/LTV metrics, and ship Metabase dashboards. Track funnel from first touch to activation, identify drop-offs, run growth experiments, and use AI tools (Claude) to automate reporting and insights for marketing leadership.

Design, build, and maintain production ETL/ELT pipelines, analytics-ready data models, and cloud data infrastructure. Improve pipeline performance, data quality, governance, and migrate legacy systems to modern platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable data products for project, financial, and operational analytics.

Lead design and ownership of a modern data platform: ingestion, Snowflake governance, pipeline reliability, migrations, data contracts, observability, and AI-enabled tooling. Partner with Analytics, Engineering, and vendors to deliver trustworthy data products and operate production pipelines.

The Global Head of Pricing will lead pricing functions, optimize margins, develop pricing models, and ensure accurate billing while partnering with multiple teams.
