Seeking an experienced Senior Catastrophe Analyst to join the Catastrophe Risk Management department. Responsibilities include portfolio analytics, optimization of processes, validation of Cat models, communication with stakeholders, and providing insights on catastrophe risk.

The Senior Catastrophe Analyst will be responsible for overseeing portfolio analytics and risk management to drive profitability. They will work closely with underwriters and other stakeholders, providing insights and building tools and models. Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages like VBA, R, and Python is preferred. The analyst should have knowledge of commercial insurance and reinsurance, as well as experience with Catastrophe modeling.

Develop and implement machine learning models for fraud detection, analyze datasets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor model performance, and stay updated on the latest machine learning and fraud detection techniques.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop robust, scalable ML systems using Python and TensorFlow. You will work collaboratively with Data Scientists to turn prototype algorithms into customer-facing solutions and provide technical leadership to junior team members. Your role also involves building data pipelines, collaborating with Product Managers, and making intelligent technical decisions to enhance personalization capabilities.
