The Client Experience Manager will manage client relationships, generate new business, and demonstrate Phreesia's value in digital advertising to Life Science companies.

Manage day-to-day billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections for recurring and usage-based products. Build and own automated GTM infrastructure that converts account lists and signals into multi-channel outbound campaigns, rep alerts, and CRM hygiene. Create enrichment workflows, signal-based selling, nudge sequences for stalled deals, upsell/churn detection, and integrate AI tooling to improve pipeline, win rates, data quality, and expansion.
