Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile apps; design and run test plans, convert tests to TypeScript+Playwright automation, integrate tests into CI/CD, use AI-assisted tools to author and maintain tests, perform API and SQL backend testing, track defects in Jira/Zephyr, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve QA processes.

Lead product strategy and long-term vision for a mature communications platform (SMS, messengers, Voice). Identify market opportunities, convert hypotheses into a roadmap, build and lead a product team, partner with engineering on technical solutions, and launch new product lines to scale the business.

Identify and qualify US market opportunities, build and maintain partner relationships, generate leads with publishers/distributors/advertisers, represent the company at events, create presentations and proposals, collaborate with internal teams, track partnership performance, support negotiations, and report pipeline and competitive analysis to leadership.
