Lead global educational content strategy and produce high-impact learning assets. Own LMS administration, SCORM packaging, and content publishing. Create slide-based modules, videos, and on-brand materials; collaborate with sales, marketing, and regional teams; manage a growing content team, deliver to deadlines, and analyze learner feedback to optimize training.

Lead Talent Acquisition operations including team management, TA technology strategy (ATS/HCM/CRM), vendor and budget oversight, reporting and analytics, talent marketing, early career programs, sourcing enablement, process improvement, compliance audits, and cross-functional partnership with HRIS, IT, and business leaders to improve recruiting outcomes and candidate experience.

Configure, test, troubleshoot, and deploy UKG (Pro/Dimensions/WFM) solutions for timekeeping, accruals, activities, schedules, pay rules and payroll integrations. Partner with HR, IBT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement system enhancements, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support enterprise HR system integrations and M&A activities.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations. Lead change management, performance and talent management, compensation support, and HR programs to build high-performing, inclusive teams aligned to the mission. Provide policy guidance, leave management support, and deliver HR projects to meet organizational goals.
