Lead multi-jurisdictional Occupational Health & Safety activities including ADA intake and accommodations, vendor sourcing and management, OHS training and audits, integration with workers' compensation/FMLA/RTW processes, policy development with People and Legal, and providing guidance to employees and junior team members to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe employee experience.

Lead client engagements on benefits strategy, plan design, open enrollment, and administration. Stabilize operations, manage carriers/brokers, execute transitions and platform migrations, ensure compliance, advise on cost optimization and multi-state/global expansion, and expand client relationships.

Lead and oversee volunteer HR operations: supervise/train HROs, manage recruiting and onboarding via Dover ATS, maintain HR documentation and systems, run meetings and strategic HR initiatives, support Executive Director on DEI and people strategy, and cover day-to-day volunteer HR duties.

Serve as a fractional Head of People partnering with founders to define and execute people strategy. Design and implement hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation, and employee experience programs. Lead org design, workforce planning, people operations, compliance, and employee relations. Advise on culture and complex decisions, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and build trusted relationships with founders. Option to transition from contractor to full-time.

Lead end-to-end design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended enterprise learning solutions. Own new-hire onboarding strategy and delivery, consult with stakeholders, apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE), mentor design teams, manage multiple projects, monitor learning effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements and inclusive, accessible learning practices.

Responsible for developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy, managing the recruitment process, and enhancing candidate experiences while collaborating with peers and hiring managers.
