Onsemi seeks non-engineering interns to support business operations, analytics, finance, supply chain, IT, HR, marketing, and other functions. Interns will analyze data, improve processes, develop reports and dashboards, assist with planning and operational initiatives, conduct research, and present recommendations. The role is fully on-site in Scottsdale, San Jose, or Allen and includes mentorship, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Own commercial operations across deal desk, pricing, contracting, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, OKRs, CRM data, AI-driven workflows, account planning, and leadership reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal to standardize commercial processes, improve data quality, manage complex deals, and surface actionable business insights. The role also supports sales materials and recurring pipeline and forecast reviews.

Own Salesforce administration and evolution for the revenue organization, including configuration, security, automation, data governance, routing, integrations, reporting, and system architecture. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Support to improve processes and data quality. Manage GTM systems requests, release and change management, external development partners, and AI-enabled workflows. Support LeanData, Salesloft, APIs, middleware, Apex troubleshooting, and warehouse or data lake integrations.

Processes, validates, and audits customer orders across Salesforce and Google Sheets. Verifies billing triggers, line items, payment terms, and contract requirements; resolves discrepancies with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance; maintains accurate order documentation and master data; manages order queues and service levels; and identifies workflow bottlenecks to improve order-to-cash operations.

Build and lead Raptor’s Deal Desk function, establishing scalable policies, approval workflows, service levels, and playbooks for complex SaaS transactions. Review pricing, discounts, contracts, renewals, amendments, billing, and commercial exceptions while coordinating Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue, Customer Success, and Business Systems. Own Deal Desk workflows in RevCloud and Salesforce, improve quote-to-cash processes, protect data integrity, support procurement escalations, and drive automation and cross-functional accountability.

Provides technical support for Relativity products by diagnosing software, network, SQL, and Windows issues. Manages customer tickets from creation through resolution, escalation, and documentation in Salesforce while meeting service-level agreements. Communicates with technical and non-technical customers by phone and email, collaborates across support teams, develops product expertise, and reports significant issues to management. The role works an evening Monday–Friday shift.

Coordinates daily staffing coverage across healthcare facilities by tracking staffing needs, filling open shifts, confirming clinicians, rerouting cancellations, documenting activity, and communicating with facilities, staff, vendors, and internal teams. Ensures overtime approvals, work orders, temporary staffing requests, policy compliance, and shift-change notes are accurately maintained. Provides issue resolution, responds to calls and messages, and escalates facility concerns or corrective actions through the appropriate chain of command.

Supports revenue operations through Salesforce administration, GTM tooling, data quality management, reporting, pipeline analysis, territory design, quota planning, and capacity modeling. Builds dashboards and leadership digests, investigates data discrepancies, manages GTM support requests, and contributes to AI-assisted RevOps workflows. The role requires strong analytical, spreadsheet, Salesforce, communication, and process-development skills.

Supports executive leadership by managing complex calendars, travel, events, expenses, contracts, meetings, communications, and confidential materials. Coordinates leadership rhythms, cross-functional programs, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives while improving administrative processes and operational efficiency. Serves as a professional liaison for executives, aligns priorities across business initiatives, and proactively resolves issues in a fast-paced remote environment.

Provides customer support through phone, chat, and email for health insurance shoppers and existing customers. Assists with online insurance navigation, quotes, administrative questions, and billing issues while documenting interactions in support systems. The role requires high-volume multitasking, strong communication, customer service or sales experience, and availability during weekday Central Time hours. It is fully remote and includes opportunities to suggest process and product improvements.
