The Senior Business Analyst will provide data-driven insights to enhance the performance of the Support organization, focusing on analytics, dashboard creation, and operational improvements.

Own end-to-end marketing performance measurement, design scalable analytics frameworks, and build dashboards and automated reporting. Own Lead→Win funnel reporting, attribution, and experiment measurement for Performance Marketing. Design and analyze A/B/multivariate tests, ensure tracking across Salesforce/Pardot/Gong/Clay, govern lifecycle definitions, and produce executive-ready performance narratives to guide Marketing, Sales, and RevOps investment decisions.
