Leads the organization’s human resources function, including employee relations, policy administration, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, performance management, HRIS transactions, compliance, employee engagement, reporting, and annual HR programs. Owns VASA Fitness’s HRIS strategy and Dayforce transition from ADP. Leads HCM configuration, implementation, integrations, security, compliance, data integrity, reporting, upgrades, issue escalation, and continuous optimization across core HR, payroll, time and attendance, and benefits. Partners with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Operations, and implementation consultants while training end users and supporting rollout and go-live.

Hands-on role supporting hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure for the US region. Maintain Azure/M365, multi-forest Active Directory, servers, desktops, networks, datacenters, and security tooling. Troubleshoot incidents, provide escalation support, manage changes, perform root-cause analysis and problem management, produce documentation, and collaborate with business units and global IT teams to ensure availability and compliance.

Provides front-office assistance to customers, visitors, staff, and community partners while supporting case management administration.
