Own Arcadia’s revenue operating system, including Salesforce, forecasting, pricing, SKUs, quote-to-cash, KPI frameworks, sales compensation, and AI-powered reporting. Supports cloud, application, endpoint, and infrastructure security across AWS environments. Responsibilities include monitoring CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and Datadog alerts; maintaining security tools and CI/CD scanning; triaging vulnerabilities; assisting with incident response; reviewing AWS security findings; supporting IAM, encryption, VPN, and certificate controls; and maintaining SOC 2 audit documentation. The role collaborates with DevOps and engineering teams on secure coding and security posture improvements.

Provide technical support for the SciSure SaaS platform through Zendesk, troubleshoot and investigate product issues, assist with migrations and configurations, escalate complex incidents to engineering, and communicate resolutions to customers. Maintain product documentation, monitor recurring issues and feedback, support Developer Hub users, and advocate for improvements to customer experience and support processes.

Owns backlog refinement and story mapping for infrastructure cloud teams. Translates business requirements into Jira initiatives, epics, and stories; prioritizes work; facilitates Agile ceremonies; coordinates across engineering and application development teams; removes impediments; triages defects; and analyzes proposals to inform roadmap recommendations. The role also serves as a functional subject matter expert and ensures work is clearly scoped with actionable acceptance criteria.

Own end-to-end design for a major Opto product area, shaping strategy, workflows, and outcomes alongside product and engineering. Ship high-quality, intuitive B2B experiences, develop scalable design patterns, use qualitative and quantitative evidence, and contribute to AI-native product design practices. The role requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and independent senior IC ownership.

Lead strategy and execution for SEO, GEO and LLM-driven discoverability. Build data-driven roadmaps, technical automations, AI agents and RAG tooling.
