Leads U.S. commercialization and scale-up of MISUMI’s Smart Vending business. Responsibilities include securing and executing pilot programs, validating customer demand and operating economics, building scalable workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners, and expanding successful pilots into additional machines, sites, and accounts. Owns revenue, gross profit, utilization, assortment, pricing, replenishment efficiency, customer adoption, and service-quality improvements while supporting the March 2027 Go/No-Go decision.

Build and operate systems supporting the sales organization, including Salesforce workflows, data pipelines, automations, reporting, Slack bots, and internal tools. Investigate ambiguous business problems, direct and quality-check AI agents, analyze revenue data with SQL, and maintain data accuracy through deduplication, account mapping, enrichment, and system reliability improvements.
