Provides customer service and operational support in a 24/7 data center environment. Serves as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams; coordinates meetings, handles incoming and outgoing shipments, monitors security cameras, escalates urgent issues, and supports facility upkeep. Requires strong communication, organization, judgment, adaptability, and availability for occasional shifts, nights, weekends, and on-call duties.

Leads field technicians and owns daily operational performance, customer experience, revenue, gross profit, service quality, and team development. Responsibilities include coaching technicians, conducting ride-alongs, completing performance reviews, facilitating team meetings, improving field processes, coordinating with dispatch, resolving escalations, and ensuring adherence to company service standards. Success is measured through operational KPIs, customer reviews, membership and replacement sales, truck goals, and right-the-first-time completion.

Responsible for administration, support, stability, and security of enterprise systems, servers, and networks. Requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
