Build and lead Roo’s Revenue Operations function, establishing its strategy, operating model, systems, governance, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. Own and optimize the revenue technology stack across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Planhat. Build integrations, automations, workflows, data migrations, and API scripts; administer systems and maintain data governance. Translate go-to-market requirements into scalable configurations, create reports and dashboards, identify revenue and churn insights, and continuously improve processes across sales, marketing, onboarding, customer success, and renewals.

Own high-impact cross-functional operating constraints from discovery through measurable resolution. Diagnose root causes across domains, design and build process, automation, governance, or organizational solutions, mobilize teams without direct authority, drive adoption, measure outcomes, and establish durable ownership. Supports chapter managers and regional leadership through communications, onboarding, process management, reporting, meeting logistics, budgeting, and cross-functional initiatives.
