The Manager of Supply Chain & Manufacturing will lead projects in CMC, provide strategic guidance, and manage client engagements while mentoring teams.

Provide hands-on global IT support across hardware, software, operating systems, mobile devices, networking, identity systems, endpoint management, and workplace technology. Manage IT asset lifecycles, user access, device provisioning, patching, conference room systems, and support tickets. Deliver white-glove employee support, document resolutions, coordinate vendors, maintain secure technology operations, and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Provides production support for CRM, workflow, and AI-enabled business platforms. Responsibilities include issue triage, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, user onboarding, access and configuration administration, release readiness, user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and coordination across business and technology teams. The role also identifies recurring issues and process improvements that enhance platform stability, adoption, and user experience.

Provide multi-channel technical support for Corptax customers, triage and resolve installation and configuration issues, document cases, review knowledge base content, perform release testing, collaborate with teams, and participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime.

Supports day-to-day NetSuite administration, configuration, user access, data maintenance, integrations, documentation, testing, and front-line issue resolution. The role assists with scripts, workflows, forms, custom records, system migrations, audit tasks, and segregation-of-duties reviews while coordinating with internal stakeholders and a managed service provider.

Leads GTM strategy and revenue planning, including segmentation, capacity, coverage, quota, territory design, pipeline modeling, and variable compensation. Manages a planning team, partners with Finance and Sales, evaluates routes to market, supports pricing decisions, and improves planning efficiency through technology and AI. The role requires extensive B2B SaaS revenue operations experience and ownership of complex planning cycles.

Manage workers’ compensation premium audit operations, including internal teams, vendors, quality, compliance, productivity, and customer escalations. Develop audit strategies, improve processes, optimize workflows and technology, analyze performance trends, and partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Compliance, Legal, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, and Customer Service. Lead team development, resolve complex disputes, and communicate operational insights to senior leadership.

Administer and enhance Salesforce for VIP teams by configuring flows, reports, dashboards, access, and data management. Gather stakeholder requirements, troubleshoot user issues, support adoption, and collaborate with development, analytics, and data engineering teams on integrations and technical solutions. Query and validate data using SQL and Snowflake, test system enhancements, and identify process improvements while maintaining Salesforce data accuracy and integrity.

Provides enterprise technology support through phone, ticketing, and potentially chat channels. Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, access, and application issues; manages incidents and escalations; documents resolutions in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools; analyzes trends and operations data; supports knowledge management, training, process improvement, and automation; and coaches junior analysts while maintaining customer service, security, and confidentiality standards.

Own long-term workforce planning and capacity strategy across Customer Success channels. Develop forecasts, staffing models, scenario analyses, dashboards, and labor investment recommendations. Analyze staffing, productivity, occupancy, shrinkage, service levels, and automation impacts. Partner with Customer Success, AI, Data, Finance, Talent Acquisition, BPO providers, and senior leadership to guide hiring, budgeting, headcount planning, and operational improvements through data-driven insights.
