Leads the digital customer support experience strategy, platforms, content, knowledge management, conversational AI, Voice of Customer programs, and journey optimization. Develop new business and grow market share within an assigned territory by selling material handling and industrial equipment solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, customer visits, presentations, equipment demonstrations, needs assessment, account planning, pipeline management, and relationship building. The representative collaborates with operations and service teams to support customer satisfaction and stays informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Leads the accounting team, prepares and analyzes monthly financial statements, supports quarterly and annual reporting, ensures GAAP and income tax basis compliance, and implements process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency. Builds scalable reporting processes, controls, reconciliations, documentation, and data workflows; interprets regulatory requirements; supports audits and examinations; collaborates with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Accounting, and Engineering; and leverages automation and AI to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Provides in-house corporate and commercial legal support across global operations, including financing, M&A, contracts, intercompany matters, real estate transactions, governance, compliance, and outside counsel management. Serves as lead counsel for a construction-related subsidiary, advises business leaders, drafts and negotiates legal documents, supports board and shareholder meetings, and manages legal risk. Requires strong judgment, research, communication, drafting, and relationship-building skills.

Build and scale LLM-based, agentic customer-engagement systems: architect, deploy, and monitor production ML features; finetune models; create evaluation frameworks, feedback loops and HITL workflows; run A/B tests; optimize latency, cost, and reliability; and mentor the team.
