Leads global corporate FP&A, including long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, performance management, executive and Board reporting, strategic decision support, capital allocation, M&A support, and R&D portfolio investment analysis. Establishes KPI frameworks, predictive analytics, AI-enabled forecasting, technology roadmaps, governance, and cost-management processes. Builds and develops a global FP&A team while partnering with Finance, IT, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and business development stakeholders. Ensures compliance with finance standards, SOX, and free cash flow controls.

Provides administrative support to the District Director by managing calendars, correspondence, phone calls, travel schedules, confidential files, reports, and meeting materials. Supports Navy training and manpower requirements through training system analysis, needs assessments, curriculum and assessment development, professional development workshops, facilitation, and technical reporting. The role researches educational technologies, advises course writers, creates instructional materials, applies job design and process management techniques, and addresses system functionality issues. Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance, have five years of relevant experience, work locally near Pensacola, and travel up to 10%.
