Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman and CEO, responsible for translating enterprise strategy into execution, managing management and board operating rhythms, coordinating executive communications, tracking KPIs and strategic initiatives, supporting governance, and escalating risks. Conduct phone and virtual premium audits for workers’ compensation and general liability policies. Schedule client interviews and walkthroughs, verify business operations and documentation, prepare accurate audit reports, communicate findings, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues affecting client satisfaction or carrier relationships. Collaborate with internal teams while meeting quality and service deadlines.

The Front Office Coordinator manages reception and guest services, greets visitors, schedules conference rooms and videoconferences, screens calls and emails, maintains office spaces and information, prepares for new hires, and provides administrative support. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance, using Excel, SAP, TMS, and related tools to improve procurement, pricing accuracy, and bid turnaround.

Execute purchasing for a complex, low- to mid-volume manufacturer by placing and managing purchase orders, maintaining accurate supplier and PO data, tracking deliveries, managing supplier documentation, developing forecasts, identifying supply risks, and reporting on purchasing performance. Collaborate with finance, engineering, manufacturing, production, and inventory teams while helping develop supplier KPIs and category management processes.

Administers and develops member benefits, insurance, retirement, health and welfare programs. Negotiates with carriers and vendors, ensures ERISA compliance, prepares communications and publications, coordinates committees and retiree programs, conducts workshops, manages budgets, interprets retirement and benefits regulations, resolves sensitive member inquiries, and represents the association with boards, agencies, legislators, and external organizations.
