HR Assistant (3791)

Job Summary: HR Assistant will assist with employee onboarding, record maintenance, company events and other HR-related functions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and communicating documentation
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records within HRIS and HR Share Drive
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and other related matters
• Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information
• Assist with HR/Employee related functions
• Serve as back up to Talent Acquistion Coordinator with recruiting and temp mangement
• Assist Reception Area with incoming KIOSK calls and visitors
• Assist in planning and executing holiday parties and company events
• Pick up/Drop off Mail as back up to accounting
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies

Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HR experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
• Some travel
• Ability to lift 15 pounds
