Provide member-facing and back-office support for debit and credit card programs, including account maintenance, payments assistance, digital wallet support, fraud case processing, chargeback/dispute management, report generation, and general card program operations.

Arrange and close vehicle financing and insurance deals, present add-on products, desk and submit deals to lenders, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare paperwork, audit post-sale deals, and ensure timely funding.

Support and optimize corporate business systems (e.g., QAD ERP) across all locations; enable continuous improvement of business processes and systems; ensure systems meet functional requirements; build strong relationships with users to identify technology-driven improvements.

Serve as lead tax advisor for client relationships, prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, manage projects and team members, provide tax and estate planning, support accounting tasks, mentor staff, and contribute to advisory services and firm initiatives.
