Coordinate with grant delivery specialists to meet deadlines and quality standards, monitor usage and customer health metrics, collect NPS feedback, resolve operational issues, and guide clients toward self-service AI capabilities.

Leads global product compliance and regulatory engineering initiatives across products, materials, packaging, and manufacturing processes. Interprets international regulations, sustainability requirements, and certification standards; assesses compliance risks; supports testing and product validation; maintains technical documentation and reporting tools; and collaborates with engineering, quality, supply chain, suppliers, laboratories, and business teams. The role also monitors regulatory changes, supports EPR reporting, and travels up to 15%.

Manage debt and equity financing transactions, including structuring, due diligence, financial analysis, documentation, and execution. Maintain rating agency and banking relationships, monitor debt compliance and covenants, perform stress testing, support capital planning, and develop capital markets dashboards. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with Investor Relations on fixed-income materials and sustainability reporting.

Supports the FP&A team during annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. Responsibilities include data cleanup and reconciliation, report and presentation creation, P&L analysis, budget-versus-actual variance analysis, financial reporting, stakeholder support, and ad hoc analysis. The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with FP&A software and ERP platforms, attention to detail, and effective communication. It is a hybrid contract position based at the company’s San Diego headquarters.

Manages HR programs and employment processes for library faculty, staff, and student employees. Oversees student employment, recruitment, hiring transactions, personnel records, supervisor training, employee development, and mentoring programs. Advises supervisors and employees on HR policies, compensation, and employment issues; supports faculty searches, compliance, budgeting, events, HR metrics, and process improvement. Supervises student HR assistants and maintains confidential records and organizational data.

Manages the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including government contract billing, invoicing, payment application, reconciliations, collections, aging analysis, and cash-flow reporting. Resolves billing discrepancies, monitors credit risk, supports financial close and audits, prepares journal entries and reports, and ensures compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, contracts, and FAR requirements. Collaborates with internal teams and customers to improve collections and billing processes.
