Leads Storage Defender Smart Unit deployments, onboarding, training, adoption, reporting, and performance improvement across multiple self-storage facilities. Coordinates schedules, inventory, readiness standards, training materials, stakeholder relationships, vendor issue resolution, and action plans for underperforming locations.
