The Operations Coordinator 2 ensures effective service contract execution, manages vendor activities, reports metrics, and supports team initiatives to maintain quality and compliance in customer service.

Lead Support strategy and operations: provide data-driven insights, build 0-to-1 programs, own lifecycle intelligence, drive AI/automation adoption, plan capacity and budgets, create unified performance dashboards, and represent Support cross-functionally to execute OKRs and improve customer experience.

Provide day-to-day IT operations for 50–60 clients, focusing on onboarding/offboarding, tech procurement, ticket response via email/Slack/meetings, documentation maintenance, process improvement, and co-facilitating client security training.

Lead and optimize day-to-day business operations, drive process improvements, manage projects and budgets, analyze data for strategic decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, support hiring and talent development, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide on-call/after-hours support as needed.

Drive sales efficiency through data analysis, KPI tracking, forecasting, and sales tool/process optimization. Build dashboards, model forecasts, support deal desk, and work cross-functionally to remove friction and scale sales operations.

Manage payoff, HOA, and lien processing; order demands and track requests; maintain organized, compliant escrow files; deliver customer service to internal and external partners; meet deadlines in a high-volume environment and follow standardized workflows to support timely closings.

Serve as the technical bridge between Customer Success and Engineering: triage and resolve customer issues, perform root cause analysis, produce implementation-ready solutions, manage change control and feature flagging, support ITIL incident/problem/change processes, monitor SLOs, and drive continuous improvement through documentation and trend analysis.

Investigate and respond to consumer and agent complaints, support anti-fraud investigations and agent monitoring, manage regulatory inquiries and complaint tracking, draft compliant responses, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements to reduce risk and improve customer experience.

Provide high-level administrative and professional support to executives and senior managers, coordinate budgets, calendars, travel, events, and vendor relations. Track metrics, analyze data, prepare communications and reports, mentor junior admins, manage office operations and supplies, process invoices and expense claims, and support strategic initiatives while adhering to risk and compliance frameworks.

Provide high-volume, frontline support via phone, live chat, and email for Patriot's payroll and accounting software. Troubleshoot customer issues, document interactions, relay feedback to product teams, and learn product and payroll fundamentals through an eight-week training program.
