This program trains candidates for management roles by providing hands-on experience in customer service and store operations, focusing on leadership development.

Sorts and delivers mail and packages throughout the facility, returns items to the mailroom, and maintains records. Requires frequent walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, basic computer use, punctuality, independent work, strong organization, and professional communication. Shift Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Provide remote Level II technical support for clients via tickets, chat, and phone. Troubleshoot server and workstation issues, assist and guide Level I technicians, update knowledgebase articles, follow escalation procedures, meet service goals, and maintain professional communication and documentation.

Handles moderate-difficulty workers' compensation claims: investigates compensability, establishes reserves, manages medical bills, negotiates settlements, facilitates return-to-work, closes files, manages vendors, and mentors team members.

Provide production support and enhancements for Oracle R12 Supply Chain (OTC/PTP), troubleshoot issues, perform SQL-based root cause analysis, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, mentor teammates, and drive process improvements to maintain system reliability.

Provide second-tier technical support and system administration across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices. Troubleshoot complex issues, manage user accounts, monitor systems, document procedures, mentor junior staff, and participate in IT projects, deployments, and maintenance to ensure performance and security.

Lead day-to-day title production operations for onshore and offshore teams, managing up to 30 employees. Drive staffing, performance management, customer relationships, process improvements, and unit cost/P&L analysis to meet quality, cost, and cycle-time goals. Coach and develop staff, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement cross-training and outsourcing strategies.

Support the Pastoral Relations team by managing administrative requests, drafting and submitting emails to Marketing, reviewing church map submissions and prayer requests, assisting with event planning and logistics, and reporting progress to leadership to support churches and pastors.

Support underwriting by creating and issuing policy documents, ensuring regulatory compliance and correct statistical coding, ordering inspections/audits, maintaining underwriting files, soliciting renewals, reformatting data for import, and providing operational support and research for Contrac Pac Package underwriters.
