Provide empathetic phone and email support to members for onboarding, account setup, and ongoing inquiries. Listen, troubleshoot, document interactions, collaborate with team, and maintain high call volumes while coaching members toward financial solutions.

Provide supervisory oversight for FiNet financial advisors and brokerage locations to ensure compliance with FINRA/SEC rules and firm policies. Implement and monitor policies, conduct ongoing monitoring and reporting, resolve compliance and supervisory issues, manage staffing and training, allocate resources, and partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and business leaders to mitigate regulatory and operational risk.
